Is there a free trial?
Yes. New organisations can try FIINO before paying; trials run for 14 days once online payment is switched on.
What happens when a trial or subscription ends?
Your firms become read-only. You can still see and export every record — they are your legal records — but you cannot change them until you choose a plan.
Can I run more than one firm?
Yes. An organisation holds one subscription and any number of firms up to its plan's limit. Each firm has its own clients, books and client portal.
Do clients or employees using the portal count as staff logins?
No. Staff logins are the people in your firm. Client and employee portal users are not limited.
